Hey everyone! I know I haven't blogged for a while, I got married in the summer, started a business, took on a new job, blah blah!
Anyway, as you probably know, I run another website called Raw Brides. It's a site for women getting married (or even looking forward to a special occasion)
I'm running a free teleseminar on Thurs 17th December, 8pm GMT, about getting through Christmas without gaining a dress size (or two), and how you can use raw food and a simple set of tools to lose weight. It's applicable whether you are a bride-to-be or not.
